n999 Platform Rules & Usage

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and n999 ("n999", "we", "us", "the platform"). They apply to all access and use of the n999 website at n999.cx, the n999 Android app, and any associated services or game categories including sports betting, fish games, bingo and VIP features.

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds or participating in any game or promotion on n999, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms in their entirety. You also confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference. Where there is a specific promotion or bonus offer, the terms of that offer apply in addition to these general Terms.

To register and use n999 you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are registering on your own behalf and for your personal use only.
• You are not registering on behalf of another person or entity.
• All registration information you provide is accurate, current and complete.
• You are not already an existing n999 account holder — only one account per person is permitted.
• You have not previously had an n999 account suspended or closed for a breach of these Terms.

n999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

Registration details including your name, contact number and payment information must remain accurate throughout your use of the platform. You are responsible for updating your details if they change.

Your n999 account is personal to you. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out under your account, whether or not you authorised that activity. You must not share your login credentials with any other person.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for logging out of your account on shared or public devices. n999 is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact n999 support immediately. The platform will take reasonable steps to investigate, but cannot be held liable for losses incurred before you reported the breach.

All transactions on n999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, mobile wallets and debit/credit cards. Availability of specific methods may change; the current list is shown at the time of deposit.

Deposits: Deposit funds are credited to your n999 balance once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. n999 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available before initiating a deposit.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. You must have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds before a withdrawal can be processed. n999 processes withdrawal requests on a same-day basis for standard verified accounts, subject to payment provider processing times.

Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply per payment method. These limits are displayed in the payments section of your account. n999 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with notice to affected players.

Declined transactions: If a deposit or withdrawal is declined by the payment provider, n999 is not liable for any resulting inconvenience. Contact your payment provider directly to resolve transaction issues on their end.

n999 does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds deposited must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits identified as originating from a third-party account may be refunded and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

n999 offers welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses and other promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds and expiry dates — which are stated at the point the offer is presented. Those specific terms apply in addition to this section.

• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money balances and are used first in eligible game play unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use. Any strategy or pattern of play identified as bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine game participation — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account review.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.
• n999 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time. Where a promotion has already been claimed and wagering is in progress, reasonable notice will be given.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

The n999 VIP programme rewards regular activity across all game categories including sports betting, fish games and bingo. VIP points are accumulated based on real-money wagers placed on eligible games. Play with bonus funds does not contribute to VIP point accumulation unless specifically stated.

VIP tiers and the point thresholds required to reach or maintain each tier are published on the VIP page. n999 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, point values and associated benefits at any time. Where changes materially reduce benefits for existing VIP members, reasonable notice will be provided.

• VIP status is reviewed periodically. Inactivity may result in tier demotion as outlined in the VIP programme terms.
• VIP benefits including cashback, enhanced withdrawal limits and exclusive game access are subject to the conditions stated for each benefit at the time of award.
• VIP points and status are non-transferable between accounts.
• Abuse of VIP benefits — including patterns of play designed to exploit VIP cashback or reload offers — may result in benefit suspension and account review.

n999 provides fish games, bingo and sports betting as entertainment products. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation or live event results. n999 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Players are expected to engage with games in good faith for genuine entertainment purposes. The following constitutes unfair use and is prohibited:

• Using automated scripts, bots or any software to play games, place bets or interact with the platform on your behalf.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from an identified bug must be reported and will be voided.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate bingo room outcomes or fish game scores.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or benefits intended for single accounts.

In the event of a technical error that affects game results — including disconnections, server errors or display faults — n999 reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes to player balances. Winnings generated during a confirmed error period will not be paid out.

Sports betting on n999 covers cricket including PSL and international T20 fixtures, football, esports and other events listed in the sports section. The following general rules apply to all sports bets:

• Bets are accepted up to the market closure time displayed for each event. Bets placed after market closure will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play bets are accepted at the live odds displayed at the time of placement. n999 may suspend in-play markets at any time during an event.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before the minimum play required for settlement, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless specific market rules state otherwise.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — do not constitute valid bets. n999 reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply per market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Match result settlements are based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body — for cricket, this means the official scorecard as confirmed by the ICC or relevant board.

The following conduct is prohibited on n999 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information.
• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to launder money or use n999 for any financial crime.
• Using stolen or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing n999 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape or interfere with the n999 platform, app or any associated systems.
• Sharing, selling or transferring your account access to another person.
• Deliberately placing bets on outcomes you have advance inside knowledge of.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, n999 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. If a criminal offence is suspected, n999 may report the matter to relevant authorities.

n999 may suspend or permanently close an account at any time if:

• A breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected.
• We are unable to verify your identity after a reasonable request period.
• Your account is identified as part of a fraud, money laundering or multi-account scheme.
• You request self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Regulatory or operational requirements necessitate closure.

Where an account is closed for a breach of Terms, n999 reserves the right to void and forfeit balances held in that account. Where closure is initiated by n999 for reasons not related to player misconduct, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally and the resulting balance returned.

n999 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages and circumstances beyond our control may affect platform availability.

To the fullest extent permitted, n999 is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings due to technical faults not caused by our direct negligence.
• Any indirect, consequential or financial loss arising from use of the platform.
• Third-party payment provider delays, errors or charges.
• Loss resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics or game data.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by our own negligence or wilful misconduct.

n999 collects and processes personal data as necessary to operate the platform, verify identity, process PKR payments and communicate with you about your account and promotions. How your data is used, stored and protected is described in full in the Privacy Policy.

By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to the data we hold about you and to request corrections where information is inaccurate.

n999 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only as required for payment processing, identity verification and the operation of the platform.

n999 is an adult entertainment platform. Gaming should be approached as a form of entertainment within a budget you have set for yourself — not as a source of income or a way to recover losses.

• Never chase losses — if you have hit your budget for the session, stop.

Continued use of the n999 platform after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
